So, it seems that your friendly monster corporation who has its' hands in everyone who conducts any online transactions pockets doesn't approve of RAFFLES.... HOLY SHIT........... so, we can't have a CHARITY (and not in the lame way - but in the help a HOMIE out way) RAFFLE to help a brother in need............... I guess they can rake you over the coals for ridiculous fees and make sure that if you sell anything you have NO control over your own account....... but no way a raffle is cool............... LAME!
